Mahakavi Bharathi Memorial Library is a Public Library located in Karungalpalayam, Erode. Mahakavi Bharathi visited this library on 21st July 1921 and gave a talk in the title “Man is Immortal”, which is considered the last public speech of Bharathiar. This library has a unique collections on Bharathiar such as Speeches, Poems, Essays, Paintings etc. More over this library has all articles written by Bharathiar to “Swadesamithran” Tamil Paper. A minor historical museum on Mahakavi Subramanya Bharathi’s life is also maintained in the library.
